Training Space Rental
Our Training Space is great for movie screenings, panel discussions, lectures, and, of course, trainings. Our peak rates for the space are $800/day or $125/hr, but we’re able to offer discounts to groups working with smaller budgets.
The Training Space features the following:
- 20 small tables and 80 chairs that can be arranged however you’d like. When using tables, the space comfortably seats around 55. If chairs are arranged without tables for a lecture or a screening, the space can seat up to 80.
- Two projectors which can display content simultaneously or separately, as well as an accompanying sound system.
- Two breakout rooms for phone calls or for work in smaller groups.
- Air conditioning, WiFi, and use of our office fridge and microwaves.

Conference Room Rental
Need a meeting space in downtown DC? We have one of those! Peak rental rates are $500/day or $75/hr, but we’re able to offer discounts to groups working with smaller budgets.
The Conference Room features the following:
- A large table with seating for up to 15 people.
- A smaller table with seating for an additional 5 people.
- A projector which can display content from Mac or PC computers.
- A spider phone with microphones that capture sound from around the room.
- Adjustable temperature, WiFi, and use of our office fridge and microwaves.
