Training Information

Digital Bootcamp

Since 2006, more than 200 organizers have been trained through our Digital BootCamp. These organizers have gone on to fill roles as Digital Directors in campaigns and organizations around the country, and many now lead some of the most important progressive efforts in America.

Beginning with LGBT BootCamp in September, 2010, we expanded Digital BootCamp to address the needs of specific, underrepresented communities, including LGBT, black, immigrant, and Labor groups. As we expand our offerings, we also strive to build diversity in digital strategies and support organizations and organizers working in communities that are disproportionately impacted by economic and political disenfranchisement.

Data Bootcamp

The difference between winning and losing often comes down to data. How you collect, manage, and utilize information about your supporters and constituents determines the direction and power of your campaign. Now more than ever, campaigns are looking for well-trained, qualified data managers to drive metrics-based programs and steer organizational decisions based on hard data. Whether you’re an organizer who wants to become a data manager, an experienced manager looking for the newest skills, or just someone who wants to better understand political data management and metrics-based campaigns, we offer programs to meet your needs.

Data Bootcamp is an intensive training in core data skills or organizers, data managers, and others who go on to use their skills on campaigns, for advocacy, and to advance progressive institutions.
